Project Homeless Connect

Fiscal Progress is again participating in Project Homeless Connect. This collaboration between government and nonprofit service providers is expected to enhance access to rental housing, especially to those with poor credit. In addition, those looking to begin one of the homeownership programs may receive copies of their credit reports and scores in order to get matched to a homeownership program.
Wake County Fall Housing Fair

The 2008 Fall Housing Fair will again bring together government groups and nonprofit organizations to help you achieve your housing needs and dreams. Fiscal Progress will be providing credit scores to those working to achieve housing and who are interested in homeownership. Join us from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for free credit reports and information from housing partners.

Fiscal Progress will be providing information about down payment assistance as well as homeownership qualification needs. This is part of the prepurchase homeownership program through the Women's Center of Chapel Hill. This event is open to the public. See workshops for more information.
